By open free FDI, just by 51% shareholding all companies will be slaves of foreign investors. Since the value of Indian currency falls every time,
Indian will never be able to buy back shares purchased by foreign investors. Then we will pay a huge commission to the foreign government for each and every economic activity in India forever (a complete debt trap).
