Sad that it wasn't a win for Wasps, but can we just take a moment to appreciate Nick Mullins' eloquent and descriptive commentary? The man needs to read some audiobooks.
The expression on the Wasp players faces said it all. This was worse than a defeat for them.
Irish never fail to put on a show what a team!
Happy retirement S O’Brien - you’ve been an absolute pleasure to watch
In an Ireland , Leinster , Lions and London Irish shirt . Well done
Would have been nice if the highlights included how Irish managed to get an attacking lineout with the clock in the red. Giving up a 25 point lead with 13 minutes left is one thing, having a secure ball at the base of the ruck with no time left and losing it is quite another!
Can you describe it, for those of us who don't know?
@@davidrowe6339 I’ll have a go. I was there, but I had had a few beers by this point so a little bit hazy. I do remember Wasps had a penalty with about 1’20 on the clock and I thought fair play for knocking it over quickly, if I’d been the kicker I think I would’ve pissed about running the clock down. Irish restart with about 50” to play. Kick regathered then a penalty conceded in the ensuing ruck - or maul, I was too busy looking at the clock, no idea what the transgression was. Decent kick to touch and a safe throw to the front of the lineout. Kitchen sink thrown at the driving maul. Collapsed by Wasps so penalty try, hard to see but it looked like Irish got the ball down anyway. I would say they benefited from the automatic 7-pointer for penalty try, but Jackson had slotted everything right down the middle all game, so reckon he’d have nailed it anyway.
So I don’t think what I’ve written is any bloody use at all, but I’m going to post it anyway. Absolute cracker of a game mate. 🤝
Arundell looking absolutely unplayable at times... Surely has to go on the summer tour with England.
The guy is different level. Gonna be a superstar.
Which position does arundell play?
Everyone expects a bolted on a lions tour, why the hell not for England. 15 not exactly a position of depth and strength either.
@@potatowaffle5653 full back. No doubt EJ will have as a hooker by the end of summer though!
He obviously an electric player. Which means Eddie won't play him.
Watching these two teams back now is certainly something
I swear London Irish show us a new side to them in the bulk of games these past 2 seasons, it's a Frenzy!
Had the privilege of being at the BCS on Sunday. What a comeback by London Irish
👏👏👏👏👏👏

Rowe and his mullet score a beauty :D
OH MY LORD IRISH.
What a game
brilliant display of rugby all-round
What a match! 🔥
That lineout move though👀
Love it!
LOVE Arundell...
Outstanding game. Pearson and Arundel look so exciting. Guarantee they'll get ignored by Eddie.
At 3 minutes, Wasps player barely touching the ruck takes the ball and moves a few feet across before binding in the ruck.
No wonder the ruck is so effective if the laws are not being applied.
London Irish are good value for money and should have far more attending matches than they do. Someone needs to be given the job of tapping into the huge number of potential supporters that exist in London and surrounds.
Good video
Nice video good
Nice video 👌👌👌
come on you irish
Declan Kidney working wonders at Irish.
Smart play by the Irish at 4:16
The dummy run? Doesn’t look like a single wasps player bought it, but maybe it put a bit of doubt in someone’s mind. Looked nice anyway! 🤝
Edit: I tell a lie, the scrumhalf did go for the dummy runner. My apologies. Not sure his ballast would have made much difference though.
To be so far ahead at one stage, only to draw must sting a bit.
Tuisue🔥
London Irish are like a pencil with the amount of drawing that they're doing
0.45 the cameraman was on the field WTF and LOL.
*0:45
Really gutted as a Wasps fan but our game management was poor. Should have kept Gopperth on.
In the end they gave the first try to Oghre not Willis..
What a coincidence💀
Man, London Irish are the draw merchants!!😂
Irish deserved more than a draw.
