Actually after Amber. Johnny did have a girlfriend Polina 2019-2020, he wanted to get married but he opened his eyes beforehand and saw that she was just using him as a ladder. This relationship was also a failure. That's why he'll do everything slowly and think long and hard before having a serious relationship.

During the trial, in one of the audio recordings of AH getting crazy on him, you can hear him call one of his security people on the phone. You can hear Johnny say, "Hey, man. It's me, John. I need you to call an Uber to get this drunk girl out of here." So he does refer to himself as John. 🏵
He should just enjoy life now. If he finds love again. It maybe better he chose someone not in the limelight. Someone who love him for him
