This could also have a negative impact on local law enforcement, as less officers will be needed with any decrease in the level of crime in the local communities. Many government jobs are now seriously at risk due to this executive order. Improving the education of Black Americans and affording them the opportunity to contribute their knowledge, experience and talents to the nation must be the worse form of racism.
