I am a single mother of two girls. I have 2 minor degrees and a mediocre income. Its been an uphill battle. This video touched home for me..Im from Chicago , dropped out of house school ..went to jobcorps, got my GED and a trade and became a welder...Had a girl and had a kid but too just immature and lost it all..Got back on my grind fix my credit and built myself back up again...I got couple cars and a motorcycle and 2 beautiful children but all that materialistic shit is just debt..I've been looking at your videos on how you use credit to make money and invest and glad to see that you are not some cheesy ass dude from Beverly Hills with a rich mom and dad trying to sell people a dream..You are from the bottom..Hood dude turned intellectual business man and that's exactly who I want to be...This video will be shared!

dude even if he was born rich that doesn't necessarily make a person cheesy and less genuine you need to stop being so narrow-minded and pre-judging people or the same will be done to you

As far as not being a "bank" to everyone, I'm there. I got a good lesson trying to be the good friend to people. They just wanted my money, and when they got it, suddenly they had selective amnesia in paying it back. Some would pay me in such small increments that they ran their debt to me into years paying it back. The way I say no is to demand appraised collateral that is the same or exceeds the amount they ask for. That turns them off quick, and they'll never ask me again.

Its funny that you got in trouble in Maryland but referred to it being a little racist because it was close to West Virginia. Just wondering what that remark means? So you got your money to start you real estate empire from being a drug dealer and a criminal. IM SHOCKED!!! I thought it would have been from long hours and hard work like most of us had to do. Javen Bradshaw yes, a drug dealer with good credit. Look Jay does good thing and he is open about being a drug dealer. So all I'm saying is lets all work hard get good credit and start living the American Dream...
If you watched more than one of his videos you would know he didn't get started in real estate with neither drug money or good credit...you're the perfect example of certain Americans and how they jump to conclusions without knowing an individual's entire story because you think you know because he was a black drug dealer that must be the case. To be a fool and not speak is one thing to open your mouth and prove others of your foolishness is a shame...know when to shut the hell up.
I have watched many of Jay's videos and he talks many times that drug money helped him to get out of the hood and get into real estate. I'm proud of anyone that has pulled up their boot laces and made something out of their selves. I'm not a hater, I was just pointing out how Jay insinuated that West Virginia was a racist state. It shows he is a racist, he puts all people of WV into one group without getting to know them. Calm down Lataya Spikes, Jay is just trying to be a King and show resistance against the MAN that holds everyone down.
I correct you again Jay states that his first real estate transaction was when he was broke and his mom put up her house for him to get out out of jail. Funny how in the same breath you call him racist for grouping all people from Maryland as racist literally I doubt that's what he meant I'm from Jasper, TX and I consider the town very racist does that make me racist no does that make the entire city racist no but the majority of it is and it's felt when you live there as a person of color. By definition what's racist could I'd be your remark about being SHOCKED that he quote on quote used drug money because that what be grouping him in a category....oh and I am calm because I replied and I'm a black woman I'm not calm, you would know if I wasn't. I hate it when people regardless of life decisions and place in life others always find fault and negatively but you have your reasons whatever they maybe it just disturbed my interpeace and cause my to comment which I usually don't because it hard to debate someone when you can be from two different world or you don't know there background; I'm sure we could go back and forth forever but I'll leave this forum with a good day to you and all that watch this and any Jay videos in the future!
