From what I remember, we don’t see him actually eat the gum from his tip. He easily could have chewed it shortly before his next trip to Kevin’s room.

Never seen the other Home Alone movies just the first two with Macaulay Culkin and Joe Pesci the other ones can't live up to the hype or have the same great actor's.

My favorite home alone movie is the 1st one the part where Kevin saw the shiny tooth on the cop and saw it again and know that he's a robber is such nice attention to detail. Also he loses his tooth because of the paint can.

Hey Crazy Nate, I just watched both Home Alone movies, and I found an easter egg that you missed:
In the first movie, Kevin is eight years old. But in the second one, Kevin briefly mentions that he's ten. Kevin's mom also says that only a year has passed between the events of the first movie and the second one, so the only way Kevin could be eight in the first movie and then be ten a year later is if his birthday happens while he was left home alone. Say that Kevin was left alone on December 10th. He is eight years old. Then on, say, the 15th, he turned nine. One year later, he is left separated from his family again and on the 15th, he turns ten, just in time for him to mention his age.
