    I found the CLA-76 can do a similar cool vocal buzz thing if you turn the compression off

    Thank you for the processing tips but sorry to say that these vocals sound very bizarre !

    Vance, I have been looking for and testing out vocal "Buzz" techniques for years. Yours is the one that works far better than anything else I have tried. I'm so grateful. Thank you!

  • @rootcellarmusicstudiorobku519

    Vocal buzz is fire. Thanks for the demo

    I wish he had a no effected vocal to use to show his workflow and not this fast Leslie kinda vocal stem he is using

    Do you think uad plug ins are far better than the others (wav. Fabfilters etc...) ? They are quite expensive so i hesitate to invest. And among them which of them would be your choice (top 10) ?

    • @PuremixAudioTutorials
      @PuremixAudioTutorials  Před 3 lety +1

      UAD has some great plugins! However, it doesn't mean that you can't do by using what you already have -if you know about compression then there's a strong chance you can replicate parallel vocal processing with what you currently have

    Anybody know what plugin Vance is using for the rotosound effect on the vocal?

    • @PuremixAudioTutorials
      @PuremixAudioTutorials  Před 4 lety +1

      Try either the PSP L'otary, it's Vance favorite Rotosound effect, or alternatively, the Roto Speaker currently being used
      in this video

    Putting a dude's name on something engineers have be doing many years if not decades before the dude. I guess the dude needed publicity from Puremix.

    Would have been nice, if the vocal track actually was a vocal track, and not a vocoder, synth, autotune, eq, smashed vocal..... cant use this for anything. Sorry. Still getting a thumbs up.

    Is it me or just the vocal sound like recorded from cheap mic without any proper acoustic.. Terrible.. Plugins are infact ruining it more..
