● All we need is
• Chocolate cake sponge
• Chocolate ganache
• Chocolate whipped cream
• Simple sugar syrup
• Golden sugar balls for garnishing
● For sponge
• All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
• 1/2 + 2tbsp dark cocoa pwd
• 1 1/2 tsp baking pwd
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/3 + 1tbsp refined oil (do not use flavoured oil)
• 2eggs
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup water + 2tsp coffee
• 1/4 cup whole milk + 1tbsp vinegar
● Bake it at 180°C for 45 mins or until the skewer comes out clean
● Chocolate ganache
• 50g chopped dark chocolate(semi sweet)
• 100ml hot whipping cream
• 1tsp oil or melted butter (use unflavoured oil)
● Chocolate whipped cream
• 100gm chopped dark chocolate(melted)
• 200ml Whipping cream (hot)
Add melted chocolate in whipping cream mix it & keep it in refrigerator for atleast half an hour then Whip it till stiff peaks
