The reason the straw hiccup thing works is because hiccups are a spasm of your diaphragm. By taking in a long deep breath, you are contracting your diaphragm which helps end the spasm. In other words, you can just take a really deep breath in and try to stick out your belly as far as your can and hold for as long as you can, especially through a hiccup if you can! Repeat until gone. Don’t pass out in the process ha.
You can also fold up a paper towel and put it over a cup of water, then drink through the paper towel (it's purposely difficult). Works for me every time!
The one thing that never fails for me when I have the hiccups is drinking upside down. (Not a joke, it really works)

I always just take a really hard quick deep breath and hold it for as long as I can or as long as I know the hiccups have gone. Works every time. My boyfriend eats a spoonful of peanut butter and that works every time for him but it never works for me.

I believe the original show is Dragon's Den from the UK, but perhaps that one didn't result in as many consumer products as the US version of the same investment show did. Possibly it says something about the differences between the UK and US.
5:10 I use those glasses holders all the time! I even use one to keep one of my sweaters closed, because it doesn't have buttons! Cute and multifunctional!

I’ve bought a few things I saw on Shark Tank but the absolute best one is the Wad-Free for Sheets! You clip your flat and fitted sheets into this little plastic piece and it keeps them from turning into a ball in the washer/dryer. No more multiple dry cycles from having a wet sheet wad!

If you eat a spoon of peanut butter or anything thick like that, it immediately gets rid of hiccups. I do it all the time!

I can tell that the hicc away thingy will work, because i do the same technique without a device of course everytime I have a hiccup and it always works, i discovered this technique randomly one day and since then i use it and it never disappoint, like within seconds the hiccup is gone, i just suck on the cup of water and drink VERY little REALLY slowly, i sometimes do it without water even, i just suck on air..
For the bug bite thing .. a calpol syringe does the same thing 😂

for hiccups we used to drink water through a napkin that was put over a cup of water. Or, squeeze someone's arm or hand right when you *think* you will hiccup and they leave FAST. Seemed to be only things I remember being reliable! Hand squeeze is better coz you don't need water, cup, napkin. Also taste yucky lol

That bag carrier isn't a new thing - I have one that my father bought for my mother, and she gave to me. It's shaped like a capital D, with a button on one end to open it. Slide the bag handles into the "belly" of the D, snap it closed, and carry by the "back" of the D, which is the grip.
That cat tongue thing will sell millions because crazy cat people will most definitely want it. They probably already lick their cats with their own tongue so that can save them from hair balls. I think I saw a TV show where there was a lady that did lick her cats.
