Love your video, especially the claw machine one - keep it up man :) Went to Dave and Buster today and played some Slam Xtreme and manage to get 4/10 Jackpot - all thanks to your video :D I think base on other people's video, Keymaster / Stacker and all these big product reward game are on payout... so don't spend too much credit on them :)

Nevada is trying to regulate these as gambling devices, people put high end prices in these. the factory default for keymaster, for example is 700:1, 700 plays for 1 payout, not skill based at all (until its ready to pay).
For it to be a legal gambling device it would have to have a random number generator for a "payout" not a set number of losses. Legal slot machines are not "rigged" they are random - two different things completely. A lot of people think these are one in the same which they are not.
Matt3756 it's the technicality of, if a machine is set to for sure not pay out 700:1 (I think games like stacker and key master are like this) , from the factory, you are literally gambling that you are the person that's over that 700 mark (unless of course you stake the machine out for 700 plays) . It's also the prize value, Florida passed some legislation that, a top prize can not exceed something like $10.00 to prevent lawsuits and whatnot. Its still a very new thing that might take a few years for our gaming board to get to.

Arcade machines are literally rigged. He made a video showing how owners can set when it will pay out.
