Sir can you link any case law with doctrine of separation of power. If we talk about separation of power of uk constitution. We must link case law with it as, in (Burmah oil vs lord advocate) government passes such retrospective law. Which undermines rule of law,judiciary says that government should pay to oil company but government passes retrospective law, war damage act 1965 and judiciary keep quit in respect of separation of power here we see clear parliamentary sovereignty and separation of power. So can you link any case law of Pakistan with this doctrine?

Asslamoalaikum sir, what if the parliament refuses to supreme court to change a law? In this case, shall law be exercised in the same way or does supreme court have the power to revoke the law?
