Didrick Namtvedt Velociraptor's plumage was probably significantly more conservative, to increase camouflage when hunting and ambushing. Also the Velociraptor wasn't smaller than this bird, it weighed around 30-40 pounds, while the vulture weights 10-15.

I have never seen such a nice looking Vulture. Never heard of a bearded breed before. I an no expert but, this bird seems more hungry than dangerous. The birds disposition seems rather good. If it wanted to hurt you I am sure it could easily. Maybe a little lunch would be a good idea. After a meal the bird might be a little more friendly/ relaxed.
