Do have a video of Amazing Shots of The Hunger Games Series? It's worth having one, especially when The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is coming out in 2 weeks time.
Say what you want about the plot, but you can't deny how beautifully shot this movie is.
It's objectively great in many areas, that much is obvious. I'm fond of the editing myself. It's a very-well paced film that I find does not drag on despite being 2 hours and 45 minutes long.

Given that Avatar is a mirror story film on many underlying levels its constructed language reflects those roots quite well .. when one looks into the depth of the expression structures of many of Earths indigenous peoples language roots, and how they "reflect" the expression there cultural identity roots , Linguist Paul Frommer took into account those underlying layers in his creation of root expression of the constructed Na'vi language which continues to grow with the help of language community circle in the years after the films release which I think is quite extraordinary in it self . that takes a lot of underlying research in recognition of His work.. there are also some interesting layers that might represent relative connections to expressions , for example the Japanese word "Kami" reflects the word "Spirit" The Na'vi catch phrase Oel Ngati Kameie , basically means I "see < -- (Recognise the essence expression of) your spirit inside not just what on the surface .. I believe its The essence meaning of Zulu Greeting "Sawubona" "reflected".. this is spoken of in detail on youtube ,, czcams.com/video/2IjUkVZRPK8/video.html I believe there are deeper down to earth sourced essence roots then one thinks..

As a 9 year old in 2018, i remember watching "Avatar 1" (2009) on TV and it was one of the (very) best Superhero films of 2009. I also remember seeing the "Avatar 1" (2009) re-release 2 months ago in theaters. Now in 2022, 4 years have passed and I Can't wait for the continuation for "Avatar 1" next month in theaters. *YES, I'M THINKING ABOUT "AVATAR 2: THE WAY OF WATER!!*
Avatar still looks amazing. I'm so hyped to see the next one because judging by the trailer it's a massive bump in the visual effects.

Хоть сиквелы и перенесли на ещё более поздний срок, очень хочется верить в успех будущих фильмов. Первый фильм сюжетно не был идеален, но как вход в новую сагу, равную ЗВ-шик! Визуальный ряд тащит! Может к 2028, с выходом 5 фильма, мы все будет восхищаться Аватаром, как в своё время восхищались ЗВ и Лукасом.
P.S За такие подборки отдельное уважение. Иногда, продумывая кадры, заглядываю сюда, вдохновляясь работами мастеров своего дела и радуясь, что кто-то уже отобрал лучшее из лучшего. Спасибо!!!)))

does anybody know why it feels more realistic than avengers endgame (2019)??
Because the amount of time the vfx artists of avatar spends was more than endgame. The vfx artist of marvel don’t get a lot of time, that’s why marvel has so many bad cgi moments like the black panther end battle. The avengers endgame vfx artists actually finished two weeks before the premiere, that say’s a lot about their hectic schedule and demands. If marvel gives enough time to marvel vfx artists, they could make amazing vfx like avatar.

Because M-shit-U is a souless crap, while Avatar was made by a talented filmmaker with a clear vision who wanted to create something special.
Is this from the upscaled 4K version? Avatar isn't yet released in proper 4K afaik.
