Wife hurt her calf and Achilles during the trek and I was bothered by the altitude and was dizzy and nauseous. Lol. Stull a good time though. Beautiful
@@thestaffofrighteousness3221 oh no...so sorry to hear that your wife hurt her calf and Achilles during the trek. David also does not do well with the altitude. It took us about 2 hours to finish the hike. We also went slow. Did you get to check out Lost River Gorge?

If you follow the path, you won't get lost. There were no bathroom along the trail while we were there. We used the bathrooms at the visitor center before we started the hike.
