I didn’t “bother” with the CN because I didn’t even know they had a different stream as I seen no posts about it and don’t know where it even was live.l a few hours after it ended and before the EN went up and I assumed they’d just cover the stuff again then. Boy was I wronf

Even if I dont know what they're saying, at the very least, their voices are good to listen to. This is why i skipped the EN stream. CN is just better at everything overall, especially for Kuro with PGR.

I don't think the info on buffs and nerfs is publicly available just yet, but I highly recommend you check a site called Prydwen if you haven't done it yet.
The data available right now is based on CBT2, but they move pretty fast and are some of the most respected tier list and guidemakers in the gacha community.
