    Date Pudding Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    Date paste 200 grams
    Sugar 50 grams
    Cooking cream 150 grams
    Whippy Whip 100 grams
    Egg yolk 60 grams
    METHOD:
    Make a date paste. Mix sugar, cooking cream, whipping cream, and egg yolk in a bowl. Then put the paste in the base and bake in a water bath at 160c for 20-25 minutes. Finally, cool and decorate with dates.
    RAFFAELLO CAKE Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    For Sponge:
    Eggs 2
    Sugar 200 grams
    Yogurt 65 grams
    Oil 125 grams
    Flour 180 grams
    Almond flour 30 grams
    Almond essence 2 drops
    Baking powder 8 grams
    Baking soda 4 grams
    Hot water 125 grams
    For Frosting:
    Whippy Whip Base Cream 200 grams
    Cream cheese 100 grams
    Crushed coconut 10 grams
    White chocolate 100 grams
    Cooking cream 100 grams
    Raffaello cake balls for garnish
    METHOD:
    Mix all the sponge ingredients well in a bowl and bake at 160c or 170c for 25 minutes. For the frosting, whips whip the base cream. Now do the layering of cream cheese and frosting. At the end, make white chocolate and cooking cream into ganache and cover it. Finally, serve the cake by garnishing it with Raffaello cake balls.
