Hi, Steve. That salad looks simply delish. For the next Blueberry Tuesday, you should make Blueberry Muffins, you won't be disappointed. Have a good day, good buddy.

I remember having seen your earlier video of tropical garden at Penang. Very tangy & tasty salad. Loved the way you used mortar & pestle😊. We cut cucumber for salad, the way you cut raw mango. Have a great week ahead.

Interesting Anjali, I never saw Cucumber prepared that way, what is it used for? A salad.. Thank you always Anjali XX

+Steve's Kitchen Just hold the cucumber vertically & start cutting from top. it goes very fast Steve, not as tedious as raw mango. Its traditional method. 😊.

What an incomplete recipe. you didn't show your viewers how you make toasted coconut and toasted dried shrimp. What if your viewers are not Malaysian?

Lots of people wouldn't like your video because you use your left hand to touch the dish while preparing. Even left handed people do not do that in certain customs.
