- Shop with me at the Burley Park Flea Market in Howard City, Michigan! This is the first Burley flea market of 2023 and I was so excited to go. Turned out to be really busy and horribly dirty, but it was worth it for the great vintage home decor I found! You can see my haul and Cally's haul towards the end of the video. Hi Emily! What a fun trip to that flea market. My faves were the blue green candy dish and the wedding cake dish and especially at just a dollar!!!! But a close second is the moose mug! I LOVE Christmas vacation and a must watch at the holidays but confession time…I watch it out of season too. 😊 it never gets old! Plus I love home decor that makes me giggle too. You can’t look at that mug and NOT smile! I defy you to try. 😁 I’m particular about the gnomes I like too! Blessings my sweet. ❤❤❤

I love the blue green candy dish and that booth with all the crochet blankets was my fave too and I probably would of bought that stag deer wall tapestry, I just got a glimpse of it but I have quite a few of those already and just love them, they were very common in my childhood and bring back sweet memories.

I Loved that Nesbit's cardboard box and the little plastic round mini puzzles. I was eyeing those Tupperware square containers too but when I saw 10 bucks I said Nope! I am the extremist of cheapskates! Hmmmm....I am going to guess the news has to do with a job. What ever it is I'm just glad it's good news for you!

We had the teabag holders growing up used them all the time.. I always loved them as a kid brings back memories.. The green candy dish is so pretty what a deal.. 😊

I love your videos Emily. My favorites are the candish dish, the teabag holders and the tin box. I started a collection of vintage tin recipe boxes with nice retro graphics but they are hard to find here in Canada. I loved the boot with all the retro items!

Vintage Pyrex, especially the green and white spring Daisy pattern that I collect. But it seems that most Pyrex is going sky high these days. Especially since the new Pyrex company went bankrupt.
But it just saddens me that a lot of people over price their Pyrex and a lot of people aren't able to get what they need or be able to complete their sets.
I wish you would've bought that cute frog sponge holder that you showed twice.

The Amber Candy dish is a wedding dish. The bottom fits into the top as a stand. Pretty cool. 🤩

Great haul and Video, Emely! The blue and green dish looks amazing. Absolutely crazy that it was just 1 Dollar! The gnome is so cute! I am also very particular with gnomes or "Gartenzwerge" (how they are called in Germany), the majority of them looks creepy to me. I only like the cute ones :,)

Fun to go with you to the flea market! The blue/green candy dish looks like Carnival glass! I think it had a big revival in the 60's.
It doesn’t have that specific sparkly affect that carnival glass has, but I am by no means a glass expert WHATSOEVER so I’m not sure 😂
Great video, thanks. My favourites are the crewel picture and the candy dish, pretty sure I would have grabbed those myself. My particular weaknesses are old embroideries, small vases, old linen napkins, and old frames. Also candle sconces and dark blue and white pottery. I have a few weaknesses 😂

OMG,no way, I've never seen one of those bird cage things before but my mom just got one recently to put in one of her antique booths.
Her has retro fabric on the bottom but it's the round style.

I love this kind of thing but there isn'tany around where I live.
There's really, mainly only the big one at the Midland fair ground but that costs quite a bit to get into. Although it is really nice with hundreds upon maybe thousands of vendors.

First; love your outfit! The way the earrings match the flowers in the dress is perfect. Second; that flea market looks like so much fun! I love that type the most because you can get some really great deals. Third; I am glad you and your ex are still friends. Divorce is not easy but it makes it a little less terrible when you both try and remain civil afterwards. Fourth; you both got some great stuff! Love the orange owl that Callie found and l also love the purple gnome and the green and blue candy dish that you found. Can't believe it was only a dollar! What a find 😍

We painted gnomes (and lots of other stuff) at ceramics class in the 70’s! So fun! Great haul. I’ve only been to Burley Park once and never made it inside because I had a panic attack! I was so bummed because I finally talked my husband into going. Lol
