    For investment purposes comparing between:
    1) 2b2b+s (800+sqft) at Lake Grande (Year 2020, condo) at 1.45m?
    2) 3b2b (900+sqft) at Wandervale (Year 2018, EC) at 1.45m?

    Hi eric , new to your channel , watched a few video feel like very insightful, may I understand more about your concepts, for example , for those people bought treasure Tampines during new launch and sell when TOP, they are giant huat kueh, for those people bought Tampines treasure when TOP and pay premium for ready move in condition means they are ah hai , am I right ?

      Those who bought during TOP also made at least 100k past 1 year. Entry price is important 👍 good projects will continue to appreciate

I just sold my HDB under sole name and waiting for my sales proceed, total budget $1.4 , if in the event I buy new launch woodlands champion way( or maybe other area ), do u think can get appreciation after 3 or 4 years ? I guess maximum I can only look for 2 compact bedder for new launch base on my budget. 🙏

Currently we have one free hold property under my wife name , i just going to buy a new launch for purely investment , i want to avoid the installment or interest all those, planed to flip in 3 or 4 years time , but I kinda lost , not sure which upcoming project to select .

      They deserve the gains cos they got it 8 to 10 years ago. You can’t move if you have this mindset. Buy the right one and you will Huat too 👍
