We are 8 people with family planning in second week of july will the weather will Ok to stay at camps because I think they does not have any fans or ac right?
or should go for hotels and what should be charges at that time for camps and hotels

Brother as you said you are planning near 15 Julye so may be that time weather will be good but even that time you atleast need cooler facility bcz day time rishikesh will be more hoter..and as you see bro there is no such type of facility available.so if you have very low budget only then I recommend you this otherwise don't come there you will find lots of good options in shivpuri under budget camp..and if you want some jungle wibe then look camps at neelkanth mahadev road ...honesty i don't recommend this place bro if you have some good budget and come with family...
