I remember all my uncles and aunties, how they respond to this movie. nowadays we call it viral. everything from the hairdo, the song, the fashion became trendy and culture back then. it is so hard to sing this song. can't compare to that Jamal's vocals. and the part u called the A sharp.. that was Jamal adlibs to make it more beautiful and harder to reach. well.. the original doesn't have that. you can see he sounds a bit out of it a bit but not so obvious. but I dun mind. 99% of the song..he nailed it. considering his age and all. he used to have a personal concert every year at our Istana Budaya.. and sing about 30 challenging songs every time. even harder than this song.
