Exactly I lived my whole life in village now I moved to Delhi work in corporate people say that my pronunciation is not perfect I agree on that, I am also working on my pronunciation but it is a time taking process gradually I'll be able to master in pronunciation. If you follow this formula for spoken English then it will take more then 50 years to learn spoken english.
Instead of following "formula" kind of things while speaking english, you should just have to work on your confidence, and speak without thinking much about mistakes or grammar rules.

Kudos to you, however you may avoid binge repetition of guyz word.
-You may work on these words of pronunciation.
Parameter, communication, anybody, promise, mirror, hours, question, level, vocabulary, mirror, action
(/i/ae/o, s/sh, j/z/zh ) sounds.
I got these points.
-Check your level by giving an English assessment on 4 strands. You may prefer EFSET test on Google.
-Do read and listen according to the resulted level or one level up.
-Don't search but research the vocabulary.
-Speak with emotion.
