Great information!
People can experience this same premise as they hike a canyon or meadow. Species unique to a particular area are walked or passed over all the time. Take the time to observe even the tiniest organisms. It makes life interesting.
Does Yosemite also hire mycologists to observe the mushrooms in the park?
I’m sure they do. They study all sorts of things in the park.

I would respectfully disagree that the flowers aren't also for us! Yes they are for the birds & bees, but I believe God made them for our pleasure as well. He knew exactly what would be pleasing to our eyes (& nose!)
