Cycling 'The Way of the Roses' route from Morecambe to Bridlington.
Day 1: Morecambe to Malham (approx 46 miles).
Unfortunately, I crashed my bike on the first day and had to go home, leaving the others to continue without me.

Enjoyed that, thanks for making and sharing this honest video. Some good road craft and well prepared with the first aid kit👍 We’re planning to it in May, but we’ll do it over three days and take in the many sights on the way.
