Aramex is the worst. I get why they have such bad reviews. I just started my business and am trying to figure out which courier company to go with and I realized from your video that I don't have to choose just one. You provided really great insight and info. Thanx sis♥️🌻
If you can avoid Aramex please do, it is the worst. Indeed going for more than one is better, it helped me out.
Aramax is Postnets baby we have never experienced issues with them honestly.

Hi Jen. Thanx for the video. Logistics is such an important part of the business and the biggest headache!
1. Fastway is reliable, but they don’t care about small business. Some driver are also rude and don’t keep time. Purchasing bags in bulk upfront is also costly.
2. Pycora is good. I stopped working with them last year, due to slow response.. I will give them another chance, though.
3. Paxi is lovely for people staying in areas where courier doesn’t operate in. You may want to stay away from the service during the festive season.
So true, its very important for any business to succeed. The drivers do make our lives difficult that was the same issue I had with Courier Guy.
Pyroca is great yes but I agree with you 100% about the communication they just need to improve on that as it can get very frustrating.

Hi Jen. I don't believe in co-incidences. I am starting my own entrepreneur's online business, and I was researching courier companies when I found your video. Thank you for your insight on the courier companies it really helped me to make up my mind. Between us I always thought Aramex is so good until I heard your rating that make me think twice to used them. I also get annoyed when I have to sit and wait for a courier driver to either collect or deliver a parcel they never on time. thank you for this video.
I currently use Courier guy they’re system is so good and responsive.

They don’t refund you, I am glad I listened. Courier is so costly.
I have a very nice and friendly driver at the courier guy he now knows that he picks up between 10 to 12 regarding there prices in my area not a township for interest purposes they have a armed escort with them so I understand the higher rates
You have a good one, when you work with a responsive driver it makes everything easy.
Courier services can get to your nerves sometimes. I once lost a package I sent via Postnet to my sister. When she went to collect, dololo no package. They had to refund, honest me claimed the exact cost. Someone could have slapped them with an amount they would never forget when they give crap service.
Courier companies can give you headaches especially the big ones.

I also have a bad experience with the courier guy drivers. They made me wait for them to come and collect the packages and never came.
What's these courier companies' policies on refunds because if they damage the material, they need to somehow be held responsible?
Normally they require that you pay extra as cover incase anything happens to the package. I am not sure the policy when they are the ones responsible.
Courier Guy has frustrated me on so many occasions. What I found worked for me is to go to the actual depot/offices and leave your packages yourself its cheaper

I think you need to enquire with some of these courier companies for applications.
What happens when your packages are larger than the bags they provide?

Honestly I do not know bcz I never shipped anything outside the country. I know Aramex ships international but their service is horrible.

Honestly, I do not know. I have not used their services in a very long time because I have not been in business.
