I bought this a few months ago and it's one of my favorites. My only gripe is the odd curve of the extra shoulder buttons. But I've gotten used to them.

They just released a revised white version with hall effect thumbsticks and better mechanical face buttons. My finger was itching to buy it, but I had some complicated experiences with the brand on my country
Didn’t knew Kevin had a review of this controller, but yeah I’m here because I saw that white version at AliExpress and damn I really like the way it looks
Finally, a controller with auxiliary shoulder buttons that're actually sculpted and in-reach. Why did it take this long for a company to figure this out, especially when Razer has arguably done it for the longest period of time. I need this controller in-hand to see how they feel, but I feel like there's still better ways to implement aux shoulders; baby steps, I guess, maybe we'll see the next design iteration in another decade or so. These make me think of how thin controllers like to implement the typical shoulder button set, when the controller doesn't have enough thickness to stack them so they instead position them horizontally; stemming from this, I'd be curious if someone could use the horizontal arrangement with this kind of sculpting to have an outer digital shoulder with an inner analog shoulder, though again I'm just not sure if this solution would be ideal for that.
Odd that the face buttons are so bad.
If you like the Gamecube nipple then the Gamesir thumbstick caps could work. I thought you showed them off before, but for others, the set has two covers that offer those. They do feel nice except for pushing the sticks in. That is mushy.
I used this for a while but the face buttons are just abysmal. Aside from the massive pre-travel they also started to stick and I had to smear vaseline between the gaps to make them smooth again. It also seems to turn off after what feels like only 3 minutes of inactivity which is just annoying. I've gone back to the Pro Controller for my Switch and the search for a replacement continues.
The 8bitdo Ultimate came close but I don't really like the shape. The grips are angled inward too much for my liking.

I really like the look and colour of the controller, i guess it's a kinda ok controller but for the price there's better ones.
So many controllers, could use an overall best list - best basic/pro/wired/wireless for xbox, for switch, for ps5, for android, for pc, multiplat, top overall top value top budget
Edit- maybe make a tier list video and spend ten seconds throwing each new onto the end
Technically the 2023 controller awards are your source for the "best overall" controllers. I doubt it has changed much.
@@ZodiacEntertainment2 the problem is to know that, you'd have to watch that video and everyone after it. I wasted enough time already, the answer is still 8bitdo pro 2 unless you need Xbox, at which their ultimate is probably it unless you need four paddles and the other elite features. Thankfully my elite V1 is still going with some minor parts and the dualsense works good enough for when I want to race with a controller

The gyro switch is cool as it allows you to add gyro to any game that doesn't have it, unfortunately though there are better competitors in that field: Vader 3 pro and the armor x pro (for xbox series controllers). If they fixed the issues you've mentioned and had full reWASD support, they could be onto something great.

Too many pro and "pro" controllers are going for basic grey with minor colour accents recently. It looks more professional sure, but i want some flavour in my £200+ controller. Am I wrong for thinking so?

Yeah there are quite a few I've reviewed that have amibo. I believe the powera does, 8bit, FireFly newer version on Amazon supposably. to answer your question yes there are quite a few 3rd party switch controllers that have amiibo support (nfc)

You have to take your name off of aim controllers they are complete trash and customer service is horrible they treat there customers like shit !! Not only that aim controllers don’t last more than a month!! Trust me I stupidly bought two aim controllers not only have I had to send them back twice they make you pay for the shipping there and back and won’t do shit for you , customer service is rude .
