the morning coffee routine (hario v60)

Quick guide to brewing pour over coffee in a Hario V60 (or any other cone-shaped brewer with a wide-open bottom).
To brew with a V60, you will need:
HARIO V60 BREWER
HARIO V60 FILTER
SPOUTED KETTLE (GOOSENECK)
500ML FILTERED WATER
DIGITAL SCALE
WHOLE BEAN COFFEE
SMALL SPOON TO STIR
BURR GRINDER
CARAFE TO BREW INTO
CUP FOR SERVING
