She claims the defendant illegally evicted her and dumped all her belongings in the driveway, so she’s suing. The defendant says her niece is an addict, and she alleges all her kids were born with drugs in their systems. She’s countersuing for rent and damages.

Aunt is vindictive after receiving 3 months' rent from her niece and then insta-evicting her because her son wanted to come back to the womb. And even if the landlord did tell her to do it - it's even worse - she's a simpleton for letting him use her to do his dirt. I'm positive at least he knew the law.

I am wholeheartedly grateful and appreciative for my family. I feel so sorry for people like the plaintiff who have to deal with family members such as the defendant. What a bitter, heartless, and miserable human being that woman is.

You can't say false/negative comments when the case is won & you lost your counterclaim which means the plaintiff doesn't owe you anything. 12:45 Defendant says something about the plaintiff being in court before when she was suing for the first time. You can't continue to say false statements when the case was won.
