- Researchers, government agencies and commercial organizations collect and analyse huge quantities of data about what we do, how we purchase goods and services, what health and lifestyle choices we make, and who we interact with on social media. While the world is speeding towards cloud apps and artificial intelligence in areas such as business, healthcare, transport, energy, crime and security, greater challenges have emerged in the governance of data.
