MEATBALLS WITH GRAVY! SO DELICIOUS!

These beef and rice balls, better know as PORCUPINE BALLS are Comfort Food at it's best. Put them on top of mash potatoes, noodles or rice. The whole family will enjoy this dish. Add it to your weekly family menu. Hit the SHOW MORE to view the INGREDIENT LIST.
INGREDIENTS:
preheat oven to 400 F.
1 pound ground beef (85% lean 15% fat)
1 egg, beaten
1- 6.8 ounce box of Rice a Roni beef flavor
2 1/2 cup cold water
1 envelope of seasoning package from the Rice a Roni
1 to 2 teaspoons of Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning sauce
1 can 14.5 ounce beef broth
1-1/2 teaspoons beef bouillon
2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon corn starch
