1½ cups of water
3 tablespoons starch
5 cloves of garlic
¼ cup milk
Salt, to taste
½ cup oil gradually while whisking
✅ Preparing potatoes:
4 potatoes
Syrian bread
Mozzarella cheese
Pickle

✅ Preparation method :
✅ How to make garlic dip:
1. In a small bowl, mix water and starch well until the ingredients are completely combined.
2. Place the mixture on the fire and stir constantly until it becomes thick and begins to boil.
3. Transfer the mixture to a plate and leave it until it cools completely.
4. Once cool, place the mixture in an electric blender.
5. Add the peeled garlic, milk and salt to the mixture in the blender.
6. Whisk the ingredients until they combine and the garlic dip becomes soft and homogeneous.
7. Gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk until you obtain a creamy consistency.
8. Transfer the garlic dip to a serving bowl.
✅ How to prepare the sandwich:
1. Cut the potatoes into lengthwise slices and fry them in hot oil until they become golden and crispy.
2. Open the Syrian bread and put a layer of garlic dip.
3. Then put a layer of fried potato slices and pickled cucumbers.
5. Add another layer of garlic dip.
