The "focus on me" thing is so helpful for overthinkers like me. I start getting in my own head & overthinking about stuff, then she says "focus on me" & it reminds me to focus on the ASMR. Love it 💜

Before you went into the tapping or gripping it was really nice because my attention span moves around a lot and engaging with the camera while also doing hand fluttering and motions is really great! I think it'll be absolutely helpful when I'm anxious too so thank you very much for this I loved it!

I literally mean just as you talking normally but repeating random phrases/sentences as you are talking. I don't see this enough and I'm always searching for videos/asmrtists that do it.
i don’t normally comment on anything but i wanted to thank you for this video. it’s really amazing as asmr but also just really soothes my ocd which might sound weird but it makes me so appreciative!! the gripping n the reminders to focus n where to focus n the praise afterwards thats fluid n doesn’t feel too soft but still not sarcastic n the perfect hand movements n the bit with the hair mask where you said to focus n gripped the bottle saying let me just solidify that- oddly specific moments that made me feel so much peace because they felt Right to my ocd. it’s such a horrible disorder and i could not be more grateful for the relief this video provided me, i’m sorry if this is lengthy n out of place i just wanted to express my gratitude!!
