Is it better than those idiotic robotic questions on Binance that are always completely irrelevant, their humans incompetent and always providing different answers? You don't even get a ticket number in your mail, cannot view the support history and they close your question at their own will without solving the problem. Terrible!

As a newbie to crypto i bought £20 of Ethereum on Etoro. Then i found out that i couldn't move it to a wallet because they have a minimum transfer amount which would be around £150 and i have to wait 60 days because i paid them with a debit card. I think i should have been told this before i paid and i will not be dealing with them again. Will i have similar problems with Kraken? My plan was to buy £500 worth of Ethereum and do nothing for 5-10 years and hope the value increases. I am glad that i only bought an initial £20 but this experience has somewhat put me off the idea.

they are behind on deposits options in the USA, we should be able to do ACH to deposit, and it is free. if I were to send a wire from my bank to their bank I will be paying a high fee for a wire transfer on my end. I will check with my bank because Kraken has free on the wire option for them I believe, but not on the bank where the money is coming from.

I read on a few different websites that Gemini is a much better option for beginners and easier to use. Is it true? I watched this video and using Kraken don't seem difficult either. Am I missing something? I would prefer Kraken because its fees are lower than that of Gemini, but don't want too much complexity in the initial stages.
I know your comment is almost a year old. But I"ve been using Gemini and Coinbase about a year. I love Gemini, very easy to use. Loved it more when they had the free transfers monthly. Only downside, they don't have a lot of the currencies I use. For the basic ones, they're good. Also, if you didn't know, you can flip to "active trader" mode in settings, and fees are much cheaper, then just flip back to beginner mode which to me is easier to navigate. I just signed up with Kraken, and while it's fairly easy to navigate, and I'm still on the beginner level so not sure if stuff is missing. But I can't find where my wallet address is to transfer crypto in, it's making me use a wire transfer to deposit, even though they took my bank info. Not very user friendly at this point compared to others. Just my 2 cents.
