All these tips are good, the problem is most of the guys that get these signs don't need to be able to recognize them. I have tried saying hi to her, but I have gotten a quick hi back, or she gives me an evil look and sticks up her nose, and keeps walking, but then is staring at me later. I don't know what to think of her and have avoided looking at her lately. It's like she hates me and is making an effort to let me know. It's bizarre. Any ideas?

Girl at work stares at me quite a bit. If we make eye contact she only maintains it for a second then looks away. When we worked together we talked and she didn’t realize how much older I am than her 39 me, 23 her. I guess I age well. Even after this she still stares/flirts but if I talk to her first she is very short with me and not the same. I dont really care to be playing around with a girl that far apart in age but she so confuses the hell out of me. I don’t understand.
