Every time we meet someone, we should meet them with a clean mind. Any unpleasant experience of the past should be deleted internally. of course I love sister Shivani but Mr. Oberoi is our voice- he says the things a normal person would say, I love his take and insight. Their combination initially confused me- but now I love it.
After taking repeatedly spirituality retreat am literally feeling very light , 7-8mnth ago I felt suffocated and now completely like a butterfly, I did nothing just watching @bkShivani sister's vdo whenever I got time, I even don't know how to meditate now am learnt from her vdo before 7mnth ago I woke up 10am and slept 3-4am now am sleeping 10am waking up at 3am certain discipline on work coming very fluently I become complete Vegetarian😊Many thanks to sister
