An iron kettle that can boil water can also cook rice. The difference in design is that the lid of the kettle is larger and the height can be adjusted to keep it away from the charcoal fire.

美味しそう😲。旬の食材。きっちり手が掛かっていてどれも素晴らしいですね🤔
手毬麩も可愛らしい。八寸の青々とした蕗（？）も香りが漂うよう。
時折ゆらゆらと揺れる茶飯釜も良い風情です。
懐石の後のとろりとした濃茶もさぞかし美味しいでしょうねえ。
