It's very interesting that Tim would fall victim to the evil of this world. He seems like the last guy I'd consider just from the way he carries himself and talk. He never cussed anywhere or in his songs and was actually a very studious guy

I read the full report on the conspiracy to commit murder. The story all around shows that Tim still has the ability to turn from his ways. I won't defend what he did, but I will say that if I was in his position, I don't know if I would have handled it any better. I might not be the type to put a hit out on somebody, but nonetheless, it would still be a trying time for me and would be greatly depressing. I'm glad he's on the other side of it now.

people dont really do there research on tim, they only listen to what the media says and goes by that. listen to his side of the story and gain both perspectives and open your eyes. As i lay dying will go down as one of the best metalcore bands and it fuckin sucks ill never get to see them live but ill forever love this band.
dude he tried to kill his wife. I really don't care what motive you have for that but that is really really bad. I for one make fun of him too, I mean come on man.
hightimes withseagore all im saying is have some perspective. he was heavily influenced with steroids and other drugs while making this decision. he immediately regretted the decision. his music is what gets me through life and honestly hes just a man who made a mistake.
