All I can say is wow Prentice Powell you have got to be one of my biggest inspirations. I've been writing for a good three years now endlessly perfecting my craft. The beginning of this year I was on track to publish a book but ran into financial complications. Without enough money to self publish I couldn't make anymore payments and almost gave up writing. But I stay continuously inspired to write spoken word and touch people's hearts thanks to people like you, thank you so much for that.
Powerful. Coming from a family of readers, poets, artists and writers.. Powell is my favorite modern poet. His uncensored honesty in self reflection from an analytical mind is relatable.

It is only a free man who can expose weakness, passion for life and the flaw of his character as opposed to an enslaved human male or female whom peals off articles of clothing for the entertainment of them asses. I once had a fam member share one of PP pieces with me. The message remains stron even today many years later as I now find myself a Thurgood amongst the fiends confessing my sins to those possessed by real demons as they laugh in my general direction at what I might find to be a shame. But like Jordan or King James I was sparked by this Tupac of the stage whom invoked from me the same spirit as he and I love him for it. I pray I may have similar effects on my offspring but forgiven of my sins I claim the sovereignty of my spirit that I die absolved knowing my daughter arose to queen goddess from the infant I eternally love so well.
