This is a very tidious method. Instead we can take total reading ( m.s.r plus c sr ) on spherical surface and on plain surface and substract it. That will give you h.

I am going to give a skill test of Npcil,if there is zero error in the scale ,have i to take the zero error into consideration or not? Like if the edge of cs is under 0 of pitch scale its negative 0 error while all the 4 legs are on the same plane. So, in skill test can i avoid zero error?
