BIG FREAKING MOOOOOD, Dying in LA is Northern Downpour 2.0 and it feels like the G note all over again🤣😭
Some notes:
1) It is now only Brendon Urie in the band
2) He is a multi-instrumentalist, he does all the music for his songs, on tour he hires different people to play the instruments
3) He has the largest voice range of all living vocalists
4) He is absolutely amazing!
5) I recommend older songs (before the newest album), don't get me wrong, the new album is still great, but the older ones are legendary
6) He is the only one who can sing Bohemian Rhapsody as well as Queen (really, listen to it, live)

Incorrect with the vocal range actually. Brendon has a 4 octave range where as Axl Rose and Mariah Carey both have 5. Then Mike Patton of Faith No More hold the record in 6 nearly 7 octave range.
I agree with all except the last one, his cover was good but no one can sing as well as Freddie.

Fun Fact: Dying in LA was recording in one session. The piano part was written and then brendon sang the lyrics in one go and they liked it enough that they kept it. Totally worth it too.

This album came out last night for me and let’s just say that you summed up how this album makes you feel perfectly with “I thought I was going to die but now I feel reincarnated” because Brendon’s voice and these songs actually almost put me into cardiac arrest multiple times and I was left a sobbing mess at the end so thank you for putting into words what this album does to people

One of all time favorite patd songs is "Hey Look Ma, I Made It" If you watch the video it explains the story of the song and how when you sign the contract for the music buisness you are a puppet to social media and try to catch on to trends and how it is life changing. Also, it ties together with "High Hopes" because in High Hopes he explains how he grew up poor and in Hey Look Ma, I Made It he explains how he went from poor to famous and rich. Amazing songs, amazing album, and aazing story.

I feel like they’re are a lot of negative reviews on this album but I absolutely love it you can really hear the broadway influence on the whole album. It’s so good but a lot of people aren’t liking it, I know that it’s different from a lot of there music and a lot of music in general but that’s what there music has always been known for.

In Old Fashioned the "out of tune" chord you pointed out is actually called dissonance(or something to the like) and it's basically and chord that has a few notes that are too close together and aren't in the original key signature but still work with the overall sound 😊
