I tried to get a different account of mine an OAC, but it wasn't a music oriented channel so it wasn't even sent to CZcams.

Ahhh youre late, i was using another distributor to claim my oac and thats kinda hard to do and need to wait for 6 month before fully getting it. Soon im gonna move to routenote when i have free time to move all my music from my current distributor now.

Why was the topic channel not created? It has been three months since the release of my first work and I choosed CZcams music in every release I have 6 release now and the channel not created yet i feel so bad really.

Once your request has been reviewed and processed by our support team you should receive an email.
The OAC upgrade process is currently taking 2 - 15 weeks. Unfortunately as these updates are manually done by CZcams we have no way of speeding this process up.

Hi Rico, yes you receive the revenues generated by your music being on CZcams. If you used RouteNote to upload your music then we will collect your earnings and send them to you 45 days after the end of each month.

According to the form, it seems that I should have uploaded these songs released by Routenote, or some of them, on my own CZcams created by me. Is this right? Okay I'ma tell you how it works.
First when the song is released. Make sure you check your email you linked with your RouteNote acc to get the links or URLs for the song you released. If you get the links click on any of them.
Next, check if that's the right profile. Like if it's random or if it has a picture bio or anything like that (it's recommended to create a name that it's unique something on your own, so that the distributor doesn't confuse it and doesn't end up in another artist account. For example: if you put the artist name ariana grande. And your name is a name that nobody uses or something random you'll like. Don't put Ariana Grande as the artist name because then they may think and they might deliver it to ariana grande's artist account.) After you check all of that if you get it in an empty account with no pictures and a name that you created. It's time to go claim it.
LISTEN: DONT CLAIM ANY ARTIST ACC IT UNLESS THE SONG ITS RELEASED.
you're going to Spotify for artist on google
On the top of the page you will see "log in" and "get Access" you will click on get access. If you wanna search the artist acc by typing the name you can do so. But it's more easy to copy one of the links they sent you through your email that says: artist profile url (or something similar) then you copy and paste that link into the search artist in SPOTIFY WHERE YOURE LOOKING TO CLAIM THE ARTIST. Then yours will come out! Then you click on it. If it's blocked contact your distributor in this case RouteNote. But if it's unlocked you click on the button that says claim account. It says they give it to you in 2 days but they ended up giving it to me in like 1 or 2 hours!!
Once you have that the next steps are very easy and you'll know what to do after that.

@@sufferryanyt talk to your distributor to remove the song or send it to a new artist page. This often happened if you don't have a unique name. So contact your distributor and when you reach them, don't forget to include the UPC code of your release

Hello, once you've uploaded your music to us we'll usually moderate it in around 72 hours. If your music is approved it will then take up to a week to appear on most stores including CZcams Music.
