This is modded in the base game you don't have to worry about any more then the basic 5 resources; Iron, Copper, Wood, Stone, and Oil. Space Exploration is a mod alongside the mods and the issues he was having.

For anyone who sees this to give an idea of just how big this heavy modded playthrough is compared to base game. World record for base game is like an hour in a half. The average time for these kind of modded playthrough I've seen is around 300 hours average playthrough normally I think is uh maybe 20 hours if you are taking your time

I mean, we've done crazier things in real life than static nuclear artillery cannons... the post-WW2 Iowa-class battleships could launch an entire nuclear broadside, and that's not counting whatever you could put in the Tomahawks if you really wanted to.
for a really scary first strike weapon look at Rapid Dragon, a lone C-17 can now fart out 36 stealth cruise missiles with a 1,200 mile range. A C-5 (AFAIK hasen't been used with this system) could theoretically carry 216.
these missiles currently don't have a nuclear tipped option but I see no reason why they couldn't.
so hypothetically that C-5 currently disguising itself as a normal airliner could rain 216 undetectable nuclear missiles on 216 separate targets in a 1000 mile radius.
14:00 Space exploration is to blame for that Complexity, Space Exploration makes the game MUCH more complicated, and MUCH longer. The base game, while still complicated in its own way, is much simpler, only 6 science items, and 5 base resources, there is nothing from other planets becasue there is no other planets in Vanilla.

a delivery cannon is one of the things they might use to send exports from luna back to terra in the future. basically a very long rail gun :)
While I can recommend that you play Factorio (though without the Space Exploration mod), if you want some more incentive to play it, there’s a mod that replaces the default engineer character with a Techpriest.
Factorio's Space Exploration mod playthrough is about 400 hours

I would like to make a reaction request. Civvie 11 "Cryostasis - Peak Forms" it is probably one of the most unique experiences you will find in a game, especially something that is slavjank like that one.
Yeah migraines are definitely not fun I had a bad one that felt like I had threaded resorts wire. Through my eye socked and out behind my ear and then flossed my brain for all most three days straight

The game is verry basic. You start with so little options to build that you can almost count them on your fingers. More options onely gett added once you unlock them via reserch, therefor, the slower you learn the slower you progress. Biters are a interesting chalenge, but very customisable, I play the long game, so I put the timefactor for their evolution to 0.
I recomend waching Dosh Doshingtons factorio lets plays, He's real funn, and sounds like he's 110% done with this most of the time.
