@@martinszymanski2607 TBoI (or The Binding of Isaac) has a mechanic called "breakfasting", if the game doesn't know what item to spawn (usually because you've broken the game and spawned everything) it will spawn an item named breakfast. it fits into this because breakfast is a time to eat food, like dinner.

just to clarify for all the people confused on what this has to do with grayfruit: it's not a grayfruit mod. all of the devs like his content, and made it because of a joke from a grayfruit stream, but we were just screwing around modding peggle for the fun of it

the peggle ai is so good that it can look at glitch city with zen ball and be like "oh yea, i can get 15 pegs in the coolest way possible, no sweat". popcap needs to be studied in a lab.
The way it works is that it simulates the shots within a very small degree of angles around where you aimed, and adjusts to the one that got the highest score. This is actually what it's doing in between when you click and when the ball is launched.

Art nerd here to expand on the "Saturn Devouring his son" fun fact!
The reason it wasn't named by the artist ( Francisco Goya) is because it painted directly on the walls of his house and is one of 14 done that way, and transfered to canvas after his death. They're collectively reffered to as the "Black Paintings" as he painted over his walls and previous wall paintings with black, and because their subject matter is very dark. The name and subjects of them are disputed as one would imagine, but as Goya had sketched a similar figured on paper titled "Satan Devouring his sons" so that's the most prevelent name people used for it, and it stuck.
But of course as the fruit man pointed out: the true name of it is Dinners. The art historians won't tell you that one though.

Most sources just say it was painted directly on his dining room wall. Nothing about it being covered or hidden.

There's a really fascinating video from Jacob Geller called "Art for No one," and one of his talking points is Francisco Goya's "Black paintings" and the title given to the painting "Saturn Devouring his Son." Mind you, these paintings were found post mortem, so the name was attributed to the painting in an attempt to create a narrative that made sense.
In the original painting, the giant had an erection which was covered up before showing to the public for obvious reasons of the time.

Honestly, with how Peggle tries to be a game that's satisfying, relaxing, "zen," and stuff like that, a series of levels based around delicious-looking food is oddly fitting.
Also, I'm slightly disappointed that he didn't realize the level at [35:43] was a reference to a joke in his _Peggle 2_ video, with even the same assets he used in editing.

About a month ago (roughly when this was uploaded) I had made my own garlic parmesean sauce from a recipe I made myself. I ate dinner with the sauce while I watched this videos and I felt proud of myself for making something and it tasting good. Now I just think about Peggle Dinners whenever I have my garlic parm sauce, because I, too, partake in Dinners
