Hi. I have a problem. I bought a uniview ipc675lfw-ax4dupkc-vg 5m camera and when I log in to my ip title I don't see playback and neither function and for some reason it doesn't record alarms on my sd card when I set it to only record and not do when an alarm. What could be the problem?
it sound great , but how economic is it cost wise , if it cost more than the sum of the 2 cameras, its going to be a hard sell. And how do we replace 1 camera if it is broken or faulty.
Probably a silly question but I want to know before I pull the trigger - can the top rotate so the fixed camera is pointing other than perpendicular to the mounting? I want to wall mount it but I need the cameras to be pointed around 35 degrees to the right.
Hello from Mauritius Island in the Indian Ocean. I am a CCTV installer and I have a client who has a Dahua NVR and wants to add this camera. Can we still have the PTZ functionality via the Dahua NVR? Many thanks in advance
From our experience, dahua nvr's do not support cameras that have multiple channels from a single IP address. The PTZ is considered "Channel 2", and isnt able to be added to a dahua nvr due to that. Unless the NVR your customer has can support this, then yes it will be able to use the PTZ controls.
If the NVR supports ONVIF, then technically yes! Just note that ONVIF only guarantees a live view and 24/7 recording. Analytics or Configurations more than likely will not be supported from the NVR if you do utilize ONVIF. If you want the full functionality available from the NVR, you would need to use a UNV NVR.
Hi, just bought the 5MP speed dome with active deterrence. Is there a way to arm or Disarm the camera via a one key swipe without having to go to the schedule?

That is still a limitation to this camera according to UNV. We are waiting for a future firmware update to allow the PTZ lens to appear on the EZView app as well.

Not a silly question! Yes, you can rotate the camera left and right, so you can install it so that the top camera is pointed at an angle.

Just got this installed. Setup the cloud login and only the wide angle lens will populate. PTZ is MIA. Thoughts?

Technically it should be able to! If you have 2 open channels available on the NVR.
