Being someone born in Baltimore, and lived there for over 30 years... yep, that's true for Bmore City.
I got 5 years for involuntary for not stopping when someone jumped in front of my car and kept going
5:50 that tool is a forestry mulcher though I have heard them called rotary mulchers. normally they are mounted to bulldozers or mini loaders. they used one at a stable I worked at and honestly I think it is better to fell the trees and then mulch them because it leaves really big parts unmulched.

@@0netrick198 its unlikely for a male of that stature to be targeted by anyone, sure it can happen but you can fight back - serial killers are mostly men targeting women, and traffickers are going for kids or women too, maybe shorter, smaller men

If I'm in Baltimore (I grew up outside there) and someone tries to flag me down in a bad part of town I ain't stopping. If it's my home town outside the city I'd stop. It's all about knowing how risky something is.
