@@allwhatilove914 they didn't actually say he was "beaten up", nevertheless the 16 year old was living there and in cahoots with the mother, so nobody had to do any sneaking to have that belief.

That house was so staged... that tour was a big set up to make them look good. Tammy and Bradley are just as guilty! Poor little dude! Hope he gets well soon... thank god for his 16 year old step-sibling having courage... he saved his life!

He was days away from death when the 16-year-old boy had the altercation with the stepdad on purpose to cause attention to be focused on the house so someone would come and rescue the little boy
These people are disgusting. The grandmother knew what was happening. The father and stepmother were slowing, torturing/killing this baby.
Also, the mother wants to come cry about "her baby" being hurt, but she hadn't seen him for 2 years. Where was she?? She could've done something if she was involved enough to notice.
I was wondering the same. I’m not familiar with the story, definitely wondering what kept her away for 2 years.
Allegedly the father took him from a visitation with the grandparents and moved to another state. It took almost a year just to get the court to award full custody so that she could legally enforce his return. Then it took another year before they could locate and return him.
Camp out on his lawn with signs... stay there until they surrender or they call the police on you and give the police probable cause for search warrant.

As a victim of a narcissist husband - and my own experience, I could see the hate in the daddy's eyes with regard to the poor child. He saw his Xwife when he saw the child, and every blow the boy took was a blow to the mom. These types of father/husbands couldn't care less about their children and will use them every way they can to punish the mom. Sadly, often the moms have to bow out because then both child and husband both hate the mom and the child doesn't have a clue that it wasn't all their own Idea 😢
It's obvious those clothes for the one year old were put there after the fact. That's the dumbest place to keep clothes for a little bitty kid that you gotta change constantly.
What's dumb about it, stairs are usually in a central location
@@xpusostomos Not when you have to move so much stuff, just to get to a clean pair of pants for your child. Did you have to see all the stuff that lady had to do just to get that little closet door opened to get to all them baby clothes.

He came and got the child one day on from a visit and never brought him home and would not allow her over there. He kept the child from her and the police would not do anything about it.

The mother spent two years doing her best to get her son back. After knowing something was wrong she called CPS multiple times but CPS failed the help. She called the police multiple times but they told her they can’t do anything.
Probably rehab at first or something. And then, sadly, once your kid is in “the system,” it can become VERY VERY hard to get them back - even if you’re fully ready and able and willing to care for them again; even if you’re now the absolute best choice for a parent. CPS does not care.

They put him in a hoodie and sweats to make him look bigger on that occasion when the social worker came, I guess but still I don’t know how they didn’t know that he was that bad off!
Sorry though my babies are everything to me. I could NEVER be away for two years from them. And they’re grown now!

Dr. Phil - why was the mother not there for two years?!? and I’m sorry, but the father keeping the child when he was only supposed to have him for one day is not the reason. Because she could show up with her visitation orders and a cop and pick that kid up the same day. So what’s really going on here?
He took their son out of state, and when you share custody that’s perfectly legal. She did try to get law enforcement to assist and they refused and said it’s a custody matter for the judge. It took almost a year to even get the case in front of the judge. Turns out, it’s actually not as simple as you think it is in every case.

@@annelisemessina651 If that is the case, she will have a heck of a cause of action for a civil case - and all those at CPS should be included. The painted clean, orderly house that Dr P visited doesn't look even close to the photos taken with the cops etc .. Would sure like to know the end to this story
