I think Yoon, Hoon, and Suhyun are the best choices to deliver criticisms and give judgment on Baemon's performances. They're all products of survival shows and are now successful idols with numerous hits and are known for their stage presence. While you may not agree with their criticisms on baemon, they highly likely are judging from the perspective of performers. As a spectator, vocals-wise, I can't say anything bad about this group. But performance-wise, only Asa was remarkable to me. And yg always prefers being more carefree onstage than being calculative with every movement.
Your last statement is questionable. That doesnt apply to performing songs like Stay. Even the first group didn't do a lot of move ents witht heir performance but they didnt get such feedbacks. Hoon and suhyun's comments seemed like just something to stir up some drama on the show. 😊
@@kristangrande8338 Actually if you watch the preview of episode 2 at the end of episode 1,there was a criticism to the group A, but it doesn't show in episode 2. YG seems like he doesn't show much of an entire situation there. So there is a possibility that group A got a criticism for that (remember when Suh-Yun said that a member didn't turn down her ego?,I forgot the exact sentences she said but that's what I remember)
And when it comes to Stay, it has to be criticized because your movements affect your stage presence. So telling that it's for stirring drama is incorrect and false. Jennie even pointed out that they didn't much pay attention to fans and too much focused on their performance. Also, Suh-Yun might be right when she said that they're tired.
@@kristangrande8338 you can perform stay and not look tired. Baemon looked tense. Compare it to blackpink's stay performance on mnet. I doubt they'll stir up drama just for views. They personally won't benefit from it.
@@gurunhitam3414 it was the one with suhyun where she said something like "i wonder if you can let go of your greed" in the teaser. but on ep 2, they translation changed to "i wonder if you can let go of your ambition." which she said to ahyeon and turned out to be a positive comment.
@@callmegale ohh they definitely will benefit from it. I mean the whole point of this show is so their debut gains much more attention and people tuning in. The teaser for the next episode of this one itself shows how much attention they want, with them making it look like ruka will be eliminated when this has been yg's tactic of hooking people in watching this type of shows
i actually agree with yoon's and suhyun's critiques, and this is coming from an asa & rora bias. like at 5:23, they were clapping, but not really -- they were just doing clapping motions. i mean, i get that they can't really clap since they're holding mics, but at least make it look convincing. vocally, they were great. but a lot of their movements just looked like they were forced and rehearsed. even haram said it felt too coordinated, which i agree with too.
I know that Yang Heungsuk is probably talking about elimination just for hype, but I'm still worried for Ruka... She's 21 now, and she lost so much time on training in YG. If they eliminate her... I swear to god, I'm going to Korea to kick YG's ass😌

@@jenesaisvale in one of the behind the scenes videos, rora was staying with the other members at the dorms. sure, she may not stay there all the time because of school, but it's still concerning. i mean, it's not that she hasn't been seen a lot, she actually hasn't been seen at all. the other members (except for haram) have been seen at least twice around the yg building in the past couple of weeks.

The advice/criticism is the most valid thing they can give to these trainees because they’ve been there and done it. I’d rather have have them tell me that than saying “it was good” and have a lot more that I could have been improved. That’s just how YG FAMILY holds themselves to a high standard.
From what Jennie said in "Light up the Sky," their monthly evaluations are a group song, group dance, and a solo performance. This could have changed for the "Final Evalution" since they are trying to figure out the group dynamic but you can tell that this was done all in the same month. Haram is wearing a knee brace in both the last video and this video and would have been between D-30 to D-25. I still think that there might be a solo performance for each of the members.
But in any case, the "Final Evaluation" was recorded in April 2022 and BABYMONSTER was spotted at the "Born Pink" concert in Seoul with 7 members. At least that is what the person who posted the picture on Twitter claimed. Jennie's hair color and Ahyeon's birthday gives it away. The only other scenario is that the one that gets cuts gors to the BLACKLABEL and either be solo or part of Teddy's new girl group.

Been in kpop for 14 years and YG and YG seniors always give their best in bringing out who has the most potential. All YG groups are successful and have "Monster Rookie" title... trust the process
Whose the man thats the masta troll, YG baby, YG baby.... This elimination trolling is very masterful and manipulative. Make us love them all and then throw that E word out to have us buy in to it more. The cliffhangers are just formula now though. Have to admit, I do hang on every episode, waiting for all 7 to debut.
I think they chose a ballad type song for the dance evaluation because it's not what the girls would expect. It's easy to do the D4 or How you like that choreo because they probably do it in their free time. This is more of a challenge. It's more detailed.
I really hope they debut as 7, others in the comments said that Chiquita, Ruka & Pharita were spotted at the YG building today wich gives me hope that at least they will debut. (especially since pharita and ruka are my current biases) i do think that ahyeon will since imo she just gives YG vibes being pretty much an all rounder with her great rap and singing skills and today in the latest video she wasn't that bad of a dancer.
I want all 7 too, but just being seen at YG building does not eliminate the possibility that one or two get moved to the rumored BlackLabel new girl group. YG making me mad for trolling us with this elimination talk.

I think yg like Rora's voice and she is a good dancer so there is no reason that she will be eliminated and haram died her hair blonde recently it is definitely for her debut. And for Ruka she is seen several times at yg building nowadays , if she was eliminated she won't be with other girls seen enter yg building. So they all will debut guys don't worry
My top 5 are... Chiquita, Pharita, Ahyeon, Rora and Asa... I feel protective of all of them tho especially since my daughter is 13, around their age.

Younger fans or new fans, let me assure you.
1. As messed up as it sounds this is how YG finds or develops his leaders, he puts crazy pressure on them and tends to criticize them more like they did terribly but in actuality, he favors them greatly.
2. This same format of "not all of you are going to debut" is the same format he used on pre-debut BIGBANG. However, it is known that YG really did not debut all 6 members of BIGBANG the difference is Seungri and Hyunseung really did have to show improvements to debut whereas Ruka is a clear ace and could be running for the leader position.
3. TREASURE's leader Jihoon was a TREASURE A member but didn't show improvement so he was booted, YG still brought him back for TREASURE BOX and he became a TREASURE B member. Seungri was eliminated from BIGBANG but showed improvement and determination and went on to debut with BIGBANG.

It’s blinks anthem and the connection between fandom and artist! You’re basic ass self is calling it a basic song? If these kids aren’t able to engage their audience, draw them in, form a connection, impress them and entice them to invested, then how the fck will they survive in an industry where a new group debuts every two seconds? They did terrible, vocals and all, they need to work on their delivery, performance, and how to engage and make an audience be interested in them. Good luck to them, but to be on BP’s level one day, they need to pay attention to what made them as big as they are today! When Jennie gave them that advice, it came from years of experience and hardship, she didn’t want them to have to suffer like she did if it can be avoided. It came from a senior who wished them well and wanted them to succeed…it’s their job to pay attention and put that advice an input into their performance… that’s what they need to do, do better, work harder and impress their audience
Thank you! Someone gets it and understand YGE/YHS tactics! They also did that teaser thing with Yedam on YGTB.. they showed him possibly being defeated by another trainee. But when the actual episode airs, he delivered an amazing performance and was SAFE/kept his spot in TREASURE. Could it possibly mean that since they also mentioned RANKING in the teaser that maybe just maybe Ruka is ranked #1?? These scores was based on the 2 missions right? Ruka was in Team A that received good feedback, which means that they have very solid scores for that. The next mission is DANCE…which is Ruka’s biggest strength. She will do well for the dance mission because I do not see her scoring low on it. Also, the clip of Ruka looks like it was from after “Gone” performance.. not the dance performance. So yeah there’s inconsistencies here.. so you can’t take the teasers super seriously. We have yet to see YHS say “BABY MONSTER WILL NEVER BE 7” or the solo stages that were shown in the LAST EVALUATIONS teaser. Can I assume that will be next week? Then the final episode is the solo stages/final line up??
Also, Ruka posted on BABY MONSTER’s official IG.. I don’t think eliminated trainees are allowed to post on official accounts. So.. yeah nice try YGE.
I feel like Suhyun and Yoon mean it this way. No matter how good you are in singing if you fail to deliver and giving your attention to the audience through your whole performance it never went well too when the audience doesn't feel the connection and attention from you as a performer. It may work if i listen to them singing when I close my eyes, but if i watch them performing and i don't get the attention and feel the connection i will get bored too. It's more like they are enjoying themself without connecting themselves with the audience. It's like a story telling competition. No matter how good you are story telling people if you don't know how to express and characterize the meaning behind the story, it will never work too. It's like me watching you reading, not story telling. (Exp.)

No, they give the most honest feedback, if you don't know them AKMU and WINNER are best in live performance , see their live ,and you'll understand where theyre coming from.... and dont just question their ability to judge them ,they know way better than anyone .
i think the emotion they are looking for the STAY is being exhausted but still holding onto the last bit of hope in a relationship....it's like holding onto a cliff for your dear life ur arms are exhausted but you still trying to hold on to it. They showed a perfect example of being tired but they filed to show the emotion of not trying to let go. It's like in their song they are tired and done but the emotion we want is tired and still hoping for something/ being desperate

This episode is making us believe that Ruka was eliminated. It could be true, as it could be a prank, for in the end the surprise of those who left was another. I'm still shocked that someone is REALLY going to have to leave.
Yah, they are trolling us so badly. But what I can see, they could just be asking each member what they think about elimination in part of an interview, and chose one to make it seem like it is her. I am kind of scared that it would be Ruka though, because her age is quite a bit higher than the rest, that would be the only reason why she would go, not because of skills, because they all have them. I want all 7.

If you watched blackpink covers like Sure Thing in front of JYP itself, you will know what yoon is talking about. Performance is not about you'd practice, its about how you feel the song naturally. As a product of survival show like them, their criticism is a must and must heard by baemon for them to be prepared to face the real world of k-pop once they debute. They praised their vocals, they just want the movements be better and natural.
Exactly, why it ain't 7? Also I really think they're all very good. I really hope they don't remove anyone. BUT I personally feel they are more inclined towards Ahyeon, Pharita and Chiquita so no way in hell are they leaving. I was very impressed by Asa's rap today so I don't think she'll be removed either. It would be one or two amongst Ruka, Haram and Rora. But I do also feel they'll have 3 korean members, a thai member and a japanese member but I don't know at the same time🥲 I personally feel that, considering safety of her career, they shouldn't remove Ruka. Anyways, personally, I think they should remove Chiquita and Haram, not because I have anything against them but because they are still young and would easily be accepted in other companies due to age, skill and training with YG Entertainment and because the group would still remain well-rounded. Anyways, finally, I'm not sure who's gonna be removed but Ahyeon and Chiquita are safe for sure.
Considering, they already announced these 7 and did censor the face of the late 8th member in other videos, I believe they said they will be eliminating in order to really squeeze everything they got out of them and/or see how they will perform under pressure. It is also possible that they said they will be eliminating, but later changed their mind and decided that all 7 are actually worth keeping in the group. In my opinion, chances that they eliminate even 1 of them is less than 10%.
I think the girls did amazing on Stay. Yoon, Hoon, and Suhyun (same as YG) "harsh" critisism was just drama for the show. I disagree with them hard, but whatever.
We are all watching and on the edge of our seats, so its working. No one will get cut but we are eating this up.

You will never excel and improve if you always receive sweet and sugar coated words... YG ARTISTS are successful because they receive the most honest criticism and tough treatment . I can't believe people are giving hate to Suhyun just because she told her opinion which was NOT even wrong! I felt bored watching their performance, too. They could've done better, and I'm not even an expert but Suhyun is. She's one of the most talented female singers in Korea, while she's only 23! Anyone who listens to AKMU songs, knows how amazing she is. Y'all can't be serious hating her because of your love for BM! BM haven't even debuted yet and I'm already seeing such a terrible fandom. Learn to have respect for seniors and also learn to open your eyes and see the truth. BM are talented, ofc they are, but that doesn't mean they are perfect. They're not. It does seem all the soloists transition to TheBlackLabel lately. Ahyeon is a triple threat, so she seems very capable to solo. She has a unique sound and has English and Chinese skills to succeed internationally as well.
