My family and I was there last year may... very very tacky dirty and run down Absolutely disgusting and disappointed...shower curtain dirty and out dated....it was really bad...the mattress was horrendous horrible you can feel the spring in your back pricking you... pillows was like it was there since when the resort was now open...years ago. I meet other guests was complaining about the fly's at breakfast...and also there bed.... disgusting disgusting... please upgrade...so many things need to get rid of...and upgrade. 😢😢😢
Be warned that Coco Reef Resort has poor facilities and outdated rooms that are far from the luxury you might expect. The beach at the hotel is also a major disappointment-it's smelly, murky, and unfit for swimming, with moss-filled, disgusting water that deters even the most adventurous guests. Consider staying elsewhere for a better experience.
