3:47--No, Seonghwa did not get an electric shock from the earpiece. It just made a loud noise. Seonghwa, in the Universe private message, said he was "shocked" as in surprised by the noise. If he got an electric shock, he would 1) not be onstage for the award & encore due to an injury like that & 2) there would be visible damage to his ear. Plus, KQ would've put out a statement if something that severe happened.
