How to cook Phở Bò aka Beef Pho follow Vietnamese mom's recipe.

In this video, I will show you how my Vietnamese mom cooks Beef Pho - Vietnamese most famous cuisine. Beef Pho serves in almost everywhere in Vietnam, but slightly different between North, Middle and South Vietnam. It is perfect dish to serve in all seasons, but best for winter, and even hot summer day.
Disclaimer: Im not professional cook, I just want to share my way to cook which is closed to the taste and flavor that I used to have every day back in the time I was living in Hanoi, Vietnam.
